We have updated our Rate Card
Please note the following points:
All the rates are what we feel our members should be asking for as a minimum rate. If you feel that your experience and abilities are such that you warrant more than the rate card value you should charge accordingly.
We also accept that in some cases members will agree to do work below the rate card values. Again this is up to our members however while extenuating circumstances may lead to our members agreeing to charge less on an event to event basis please be aware that continuing to charge less than standard rates risks devaluing the industry as a whole.
We would also expect members to follow some basic guidelines when working. Time keeping, presentability, politeness and honesty about your levels of experience are all tenets which are important when working as a freelancer/sole trader.
